1. No building additional forts that are not from focuses 

2. If Germany struggles to win, France must give up and let Germany win.

3. Must join the Allies

4. Must cede indochina to Japan

5. Can’t send attaches to countries that are not China

6. Can’t justify against any nation except for Vichy France

7. Must accept Rhineland and Sudetenland

     8. Do not spam ports

     9. Must remove starting guarantees, and cannot join wars defending them( example: Yugoslavia)
