  1. If you win in the Spanish civil war, annexing parts of Spain is forbidden.

  2. No war with Finland or annexation of the Baltics or Bessarabia before Ribbentrop-Molotov

  3. May attack Finland if agreed to the Ultimatum 

  4. Fighting Japan before Germany falls is not allowed 

  5. Must agree to both treaties with Germany (Tanks and Ribbentrop-Molotov)

  6. No more than 200 planes overall lend leased to China

  7. Can send volunteers to China itself only (not to the warlords like Shanxi etc…)

  8. No lend lease or sending volunteers against to the allies
