  1. Can’t justify against any nation except for Vichy France (after joining world war 2)

  2. Can’t do any focus of the communist path even if not planning on switching to communism  

  3. Can’t lend lease to the allies before the fall of France

  4. No sending attaches to a country that is not China

  5. No switching to Partial Mobilization before the 1st of january 1939

  6.  Can only join World War 2 after being attacked by Japan
